Margrit Thompson több mint 35 éve dolgozik az OM-mel, ebből 27 évet Bécsben. A szocializmus bukása után a posztkommunista országokban szolgált mint utcai munkás bordélyházakban és az utcán, az utóbbi 10 évben a Herzwerk helyi szervezettel. Ebben a szolgálatban első vonalban dolgozó csoportokat képzett ki Svájcban, Németországban, a Cseh Köztársaságban, Lengyelországban, Romániában, Szerbiában és Magyarországon.

Margrit Thompson has been working with OM (Operation Mobilisation) for over 35 years, 27 in Vienna, Austria. After the fall of communism she ministered in the former Communist countries and has been involved as a street worker in brothels and on the street with a local organization called Herzwerk for the last 10 years. She has trained frontline outreach teams in Switzerland, Germany, Czech, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Hungary in this ministry.
